Below are some Frequently Asked Questions about renting from Country Chapel Weddings:

Q:  Where do you rent?

A:  We rent throughout Northern Arizona. Flagstaff, Camp Verde, Sedona, and surrounding areas are within our scope. 

Q:  I'd like to see your products in person.  How do I set an appointment?

A:  Call us at 928-707-2013 or email to countrychapelweddings@gmail.com and we can work out a time to meet!

Q:  If I already know what I want, what do I do next?

A:  Just email or call us and we'll handle your rental quickly.

Q:  Why don't you have a shopping cart so I can just rent or purchase on-line?

A:  I like to go over rental details in person or on the phone. In the future, I will be setting up a shopping cart feature for rentals, but for now, this is how it works best.

Q:  If we are renting, can you deliver?

A:  Yes, we are happy to deliver to, and retrieve from, your venue.  Full-service delivery and retrieval charges  usually run between $50 and $100 depending on the distance and the size of the order.  If you tell us your venue, we'll provide a price. Additional mileage charges apply for rentals greater than 75 miles outside of Flagstaff.    

We can also arrange a half-way/half-price option where we will deliver to the venue and the customer will return the item(s) to us a few days after the event. Half way/half-price typically runs between $25 and $40 and removes one errand from the pre-wedding to-do list.

You are also welcome to save the delivery fee by picking up and returning to us.

Q: Do you have a minimum rental amount?

A: No.

Q:  How long can I keep the rented items?

A:  You can pick them up the day before and return them two days after your event.  If you're leaving town after your event, you can designate a friend to return the rented items.  

Q:  If I'm renting a cake stand, how do I know which size to choose?

A:  Most people like the wood slice to show a little bit around the edges of the cake. Ask your baker the size of the cake board on which the bottom tier will sit, then pick a stand that is slightly larger than the cake board. However, if you don't want the stand peeking out and would rather it be closer to flush with the edges of the cake, a smaller stand will work fine. Since many of my cake stands are made from naturally shaped wood slices, they may not fit all cakes. I will be happy to discuss the particular sizes with you and find a perfect match for your special cake.

Q:  How far in advance should I book?

A:  We appreciate a month's notice but don't be shy about calling last minute.  We'll do our best to accommodate you. 

Q:  Do I pay for the entire rental up front?

A:  In order to reserve your date on the calendar, we require payment equal to 50% of the total amount.  The balance is due two weeks prior to your event.  

Q:  Do you accept credit cards?

A:  Yes.

Q:  Do you require a security deposit?

A:  No, however, we keep a credit card number on file until the items are returned.  If the items are not returned, the full retail value of the items is charged to the credit card.
